Emergency Water Extraction
Standing water in a basement or on a main floor has to come out before anything else can dry.
Water ExtractionExtraction, drying, cleanup and the repairs that follow, for homes and businesses across the Colorado Springs area. Independent providers generally work in the order that limits the damage: stop it, remove the water, dry the structure, then rebuild.

Water Extraction
Air movers and dehumidifiers pull the water back out of framing, subfloor and drywall.
Structural Drying
A supply line that split in a cold snap can run for hours before anyone hears it.
Burst Pipe Cleanup
Snowmelt, a hail-beaten roof or runoff off a slope all end up inside the house.
Storm & Flood Cleanup
Water that comes back up a basement floor drain is a health risk, not just a mess.
Sewage Cleanup
Wet carpet pad and drywall can start growing mold within a day or two of getting soaked.
Mold Remediation
Offices, clinics, restaurants and shops need the water out and the doors open again.
Commercial Restoration
A hail-damaged roof or an ice dam soaks the attic insulation long before the ceiling stains.
Roof Leak Cleanup
A washer hose, a dishwasher or a failed tank can empty into a room before anyone notices.
Appliance Leak CleanupEvery job here starts with the same question: how far did the water get? In a house with a basement, the answer is usually further down than the puddle suggests. Water follows the stairwell, the wall cavities and the floor system, so the wet area on the lower level is often larger than the room where the leak happened.
The season matters too. A December failure is usually a frozen line in an exterior wall, a crawl space or an unheated room. A May or June call is more often hail damage to a roof, a window well filling faster than it drains, or a sump pump that cannot keep up with snowmelt and afternoon storms. Tell the provider which one it looks like so they come set up for it.
Not sure whether a wet floor or a soaked wall has to come out? Read dry and restore versus tear out and replace, see how a job runs, find your town on the service areas page or ask for a visit.
Call and describe where the water is and how long it has run so a provider can assess the job.
